All,

Does anyone on the list have a recommendation on what
do you if you find someone trying to start a business
with a name, although not trademarked, that you have
been using in commerce for several years?

I would be interested to know how to stop someone from
using a name that we have been using for some time.  

The new company stole our name, filed articles of
incorporation using the name and supposedly has filed
for a trademark as well. 

Not only did they steal our name, but they want to use
it to do business in the broadband wireless industry
by taking advantage of the brand name that we have
worked very hard to establish.
