[isp-win2k] Mail server recommendations

Looking for a new mail server and doing evals, any recommendations?
Requirements: scalable from 500 to a few thousand pop accounts, web mail and
I don't have the budget for an Exchange solution. I would prefer a solution
that could permit multiple servers for fault tolerance. I have been looking
seriously at iMail8 and Declude for spam and AV. Any thoughts, suggestions?
