Check out WS_FTP Server, that and IMail both can use NT Authentication.

See the Microsoft KB articles below.  FTP users are logged directly into
their individual home directories.  They can navigate up one directory
level (to the ftp root) and can see the names of the other FTP home
directories, but they have no access to those directories.
