We use Simple DNS server and it work flawless. My recommendation is to share
with another ISP for both of you to provide secondary DNS for each other.
Preferably an ISP on another provider in case your upstream has a problem
DNS can still be resolved.
If you do decide to use Simple DNS, they do have other ISP's that are
willing and signed up to provide this.

just don't let having a secondary DNS upstream give you a false sense of
security...if your connection to your upstream goes down it doesn't help to
have
a working DNS pointing to IPs that are unreachable...the only thing it does
do
is marginally save on bandwidth.
