Matt,

As far as I am aware CommuniTech developed it in-house, and all the hosts
you see use it have dedicated servers located at CommuniTech.
I looked at this awhile back before we went with Plesk, and all the sites
that use it the traceroutes went back to CommuniTech NOC.

This might have change, or I didn't dig deep enough.

But is anyone else has more info, I would be interested in it also.
