I am not sure how the laws will work in your country, Trinidad?. However
here in the US a state business license is all that is required for an
Internet Service Provider ,along with a federal tax id. For satellite
communications this may be very different. You may want to post your
question to that list for an answer regarding that.

Do you have to pay a license fee in order to found any ISP service in

I would be grateful if you could inform on how this license depends on
the services like dial-up internet access, corporate internet access,
