We've got a customer who's experiencing a slow response when online. He's
stated that his connection speed displayed by his computer is in the upper
40,000's, but that when he clicks on links the response is very slow. When
I looked at the activity for his account, almost all the connection
termination notes are listed as User Request. So that leads me to believe
that it's not the phone lines. What else should I be looking for in this?
This same customer has also stated that he'll have times where he can't get
online at all. He's insisting that it's on our side, which I don't see how
because theoretically none of our customers could get online then. Any
thoughts?
