On the server you can use 1) Simple virus scanner like Anomy -- Free will drop html exploits / vbs etc. http://mailtools.anomy.net/ with procmail -- OR 2) Get ravantivirus for qmail -- very reasonable $200 for two domains??? and $100 a year for viral updates. www.ravantivirus.com I would recommend the second option. Ofcourse there are others wuite good also kaspersky, f-prot, Sopho, Mcaffe, Norton Vijay ----- Original Message ----- From: "adehost-sales" <sales@...> To: <isp-tech@isp-tech.com> Sent: Friday, January 31, 2003 1:05 PM Subject: [isp-tech] email virus protection software > Need a helping hand please, I run q-mail as my e-mail server, > and a few clients are asking for virus protection for e-mail. > Could anybody give me a an idea of whom might be a good vendor > to purchase or maybe get a shareware e-mail virus protection. > > Mike > >
