On the server you can use
1) Simple virus scanner like Anomy -- Free will drop html exploits / vbs
etc. http://mailtools.anomy.net/  with procmail --
OR
2) Get ravantivirus for qmail -- very reasonable $200 for  two domains???
and $100 a year for
viral updates.  www.ravantivirus.com

I would recommend the second option. Ofcourse there are others wuite good
also kaspersky, f-prot, Sopho, Mcaffe, Norton
