RE: Outsourced tech support.
Talk to the folks at USOnline (www.usonline.com). They have an awesome
company they use for outsourcing tech calls. You can reach them at
509-663-6031. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the company
but they will. We were able to test these guys at one point with blind phone
calls (some phony problems from our employees and some real ones from
customers) and the response was great. Nice phone manners, knew their stuff,
didn't waste any time.

We are looking into outsourcing some of our ISP's tech support. We are a
small ISP(very rural area) with less than 1000 customers and have been doing
the tech support ourselves(2 of us) 24/7 for a little over 2 years now. Does
anyone have any good or bad reccomendations? Any web sites with a list of
companies that do outsourced tech support. Any help greatly appreciated.
