Port 111 is Sun RPC.  You might want to try "/etc/rc2.d/S71rpc stop" to 
stop rpc services.  If you want to permantely disable rpc then do "mv 
/etc/rc2.d/S71rpc /etc/rc2.d/s71rpc".  Changing the 'S' to lowercase will 
keep the script from being automatically executed when the machine starts up.
