[isp-satellites] Need Affordable Broadband Satellite
Hi

I have a customer who needs a decent Internet access at least 128 Kbps
upstream and whatever the Downstream can be. They need to have a latency
of less than 700 ms for their VPN to work.

I have tried the services of a satellite broadband provider and while it
is very nice, the latency is bad and jittery. 1200 ms is very good and
3600 ms are common. Good enough for surfing and basic e-mail very bad
for VPN and VoIP. Can someone here help me? It would be good if the
service is on Ku-Band and use the Gilat IDU but this is not mandatory. I
can find myself some C-band modems and other stuff.. Let me know On or
Offlist. Again latency and JITTER ARE THE ISSUES....
