Wierd syslog message
This one is giving me the creeps. Has anyone else seen this?

%CRYPTO-6-IKMP_MODE_FAILURE: Processing of Main mode failed with peer at 213.168.91.213
%CRYPTO-4-IKMP_NO_SA: IKE message from 213.168.91.213 has no SA and is not an initialization offer

This looks to be VPN traffic, or an attempt at same with our router. Our router has nothing of the sort configured.. and certainly not with anyone in Germany (the IP is assigned to some ISP in Cologne) Should I be concerned about this? My guess is yes...

Thx
