Dear list,

I've been here a while just reading, this time i need the list members
help.

we are a new isp, our network is working and and it's up and running
for our server farm, but now we are going to provide dialup modem
access.

for that i've bought lucent max 6000 with 4e1 and 120 modems. that
should be enough for a start.

now, i need a RADIUS server and Billing software.

is there something that can do both? i need:
1. radius server for authnication, that max 6000 will connnect to
2. users wont be able to login twice at the same time (unless i define
otherwise?)
3. users can change their password without calling me.. some web
interface.
4. users can check usage time
5. a gui tool for me to add/remove (webbased?) users, to put all the
user information and handle the billing.. since all my users are
flat-rate, i dont need too much, just to handle the users, to generate
a list of users, to be able to disable a user, and i will know which
users to bill at the end of the month.
