backup server with NavisRadius

We have acquired the new version of NavisRadius with 2 licenses. We want to have a secundary server just in
case the primary server go down. I suppose the main problem is the USS server and we think that a configuration that call the secundary USS from the primary server besides the its own USS could work. In that way, when the primary server go down, the secundary server will know the sessions states. The problem is when the primary server go up again, How synchronize the primary server?. How configure the secundary server to let again control sessions states? How works the USS?.

Thank in advanced.
