I am very interested in this also.  I have evaluated different types of
companies for a Fair Market Value but never an ISP.  What criteria do you
look at?  Some say to take the profits and multiply at by x years.  Is this
accurate?

We own/operate a small-town ISP and have decided to move on and put the ISP
