Ohhh realy, then maybe they should write in the terms of being a member of
this site

'do not join if you are thinking of a) starting an ISP, b) spamming Bob, c)
actually have a question that truely relates to ISP marketing'

Sorry Bob, didn't read those terms when I signed up, let the man ask a
question instead of whinging that he is spamming you.
