Most smaller ISPs work with local PC stores and it is never too late to
partner, especially at one of the largest selling times of the year.  How
hard is it to hand out an ISP's start-up CD  or to pre-load on a
custom-built PC?

You missed the point re my Wal-Mart comment anyway so it is not surprising
that you did not understand what I was getting at re the X-mas season

Just for fun, why don't you walk into a local
Wal-Mart, seek out the store manager, and
ask him if he will open up all of his computer
cartons so you can throw in your ISP software.
