Usually pricing. I dont offer dialup services any more, but when they did leave, it was because other local ISP's are now offering anywhere from $7.95 to $9.95 a month/unlimited when I was offering it for $12.95. Also 24/7 tech support and no busy signals. Those were the top reasons.
