The "nuggets" have been here many, many times already.

BROADBAND LITE has nothing to do with wireless <sigh> It is a service from
the major telcos and cablecos in Canada that is slow broadband priced at
dialup pricing levels designed to put the dialup ISPs in big trouble by
taking their customers

It is in Nevada also now and in one of the New England states and soon to
come to your area when tiered pricing comes into effect.

Okay, finally we get some nuggets of info from Ed.

Looks like BroadBand LITE is a low-end wireless
system, not wireline.
