I too would like to discuss this on list.

We serve a very rural area with small, scattered communities.  In 
association with the local non-profit organizations and senior 
volunteers we hope to provide a forum for people to learn how to use 
Internet servers in their business.  We have suitable equipment and 
space in three communities that is available to us on a part time 
basis.

Tips for how to MANAGE part time operations in association with 
volunteers or trainees would be greatly appreciated.  Most of our 
trainees are experienced in business but novice in the effective use 
of the internet.

Our hope is to grow a grassroots group that provides support to the 
community through each local forum.  Yes, we will server coffee, 
rolls, etc.
