That is the million dollar question, isn't it? With the Bell's giving such small margins, and lets face it, the other so-called players just aren't reliable enough in the cashflow area to put much trust in,its hard to say. The only way I have been able to figure, is to it yourself. Its either homebrew or, if you can afford to, place your own dslams and branch out slowly. This is just my opinion of course, but I have seen to many people come and go trying to do it the way the so-called players (insert Bell, Covad, and the other for-loss companies) tell you, you can. And lets face it, its not about profits for these guys, its solely about market share.
