Not only does he miss out on a lot of opportunities, but I guess he doesn't e-mail his customers when he offers a new service since that would be Spam too. Me thinks he might be suffering from acute tunnel vision when it comes to Spam; but that does seem to be an occupational hazard among ISP owners.
