Hey Guys, I work for an ISP which has developed there own registration wizard, browser, email client, remote chat, and remote control support tool. That means they would provide internet accounts, and everything private labeled completely for around $8.00 an account . I am trying to convince them that since they have everything, other ISP and VISP would benefit from using the software also. The core is IE, but the difference is that the browser is similar to AOL in a sense it has its own identity, everything is its own. It doesn't have a simple skin over it like other IE based browsers. One it would allow other VISP/ISP to separate them selves from other companies. Two lower the support cost because the registration wizard would automatically register an account and configure all the settings automatically. The registration wizard would create the account for the browser and email client and if the user wanted then it would also configure the account for DUN and outlook express. . Three the remote chat and support tool would allow VISP to provide chat support and also fix problems remotely. I know there are programs out there that do registration wizard, and program that provide support tools, but they are expensive and they are separate. But if there was one company that did it all then its a better value. I dont want to look foolish by recommending this. What do you guys think? Do you think VISP and ISP would like to have there own registration wizard, browser, email client and support tool to stand out. Regards, Brian Williams
