[isp-linux] Chinese support for apache

Hey all,

I was recently asked to make sure that we could support Chinese on our 
webservers.  As far as apache goes this could be done with 
mod_negotiation as a starter.

Has anyone ever set up a hosting server for chinese (or similar) 
hosting?  If so then what all will I be needing to do here?
