Actually.. the network would be almost 100% useless....

Go pick up some 24 port Bay Network (Nortel) 350 switches or something
like
that... setup VLAN's on every customer... and then get your internet
connection coming into that building...
Put your RAS box there.. but also put your RADIUS server there... It's
worth the 1K extra to have the box onsite for something this small of a
scale...
