[isp-investor] Re: [Fwd: Broker]
Ed,
Why is this discomfort for you? I have not pointed out any particular brokers, or published any of your abusive email replies to me. But since you feel it necessary to be publicly nasty, I am now more than willing to share.

We have been looking for CASH deals, WITHOUT brokers, and you decided I was a “finder”. As I politely stated, that is not the case, and left it at that. I am not willing to waste time/money on a “broker” that “claims” to have leads, and requires money up front to find these “deals”. Sounds like a shady used car salesman to me.

As stated before in this list, where I come up with my funding, is none of your business. It is only important to the potential seller that he gets paid.

The days of a broker are over, like the days of a real-estate agent! If you can’t trust your attorney, and aren’t willing to do your own homework, you shouldn’t be trying to buy/sell an ISP. It’s an unnecessary expense and of no value. While I don’t disagree there are a few (and I mean a VERY few) reputable brokers, you obviously are not one of them.

Let’s look back at the list shall we? I have seen OVER and OVER again, people repeatedly telling others that brokers are NOT helpful! Hmm, maybe it’s just me, but I think the majority tends to be right!

Doug
