RE: Latest Broadband news
All-

Who knows a GOOD telecom attorney? CenturyTel is blatantly trying to edge
out ISP's wholesaling their DSL. They just filed a tariff to make the ISP
pay a $95 connect fee for each customer on top of the $33/Mo for each
customer. There own ISP, CenturyTel.net only charges a $35 connect fee.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

:) Mark (in Portland, Oregon)

It should be noted that the Tauzin-Dingell bill has little chance of success
in the Senate.
