We want to inform you of a monthly scheduled maintenance window.
What Is a Maintenance Window?
A maintenance window is a period of time each month where we may perform scheduled maintenance on your server. This maintenance may involve software or hardware updates, for example.
During the maintenance window, our service may be unavailable for part or all of the entire time scheduled. Your server may not be able to process mail, tracking, or subscription changes.
Why Schedule a Monthly Maintenance Window?
A scheduled time lets us perform the maintenance required to ensure the proper operation of your service. Since this maintenance will occur at the same time every month, you may schedule your use of our services around this maintenance window.
When Will the Service Window Occur?
The maintenance window will be the first Tuesday of each month from 5:00 pm to 12:00 am PST.
The first scheduled maintenance window is Tuesday, June 5, from 5:00 pm to 12:00 am PST.
