My marketing method shows you how to enjoy an initial ROI and a long-term ROI with email marketing. A better way to get leads is to generate them yourself via email. I am listed as a very large direct email marketer and I have done mortgage lead generation for years. What I have discovered is that these so called leads you buy are produced by people that never use them. Traditionally one would send a url in the email that links to a form for someone to fill out. When you personalize the message with the recipients name in the subject line and have a telephone as a means of contact (replying to the email count). As I had always had the mindset of collecting leads to be resold. I don’t want the leads(people) to go to a website but rather just pick up the phone and call me. This personal approach works. I found incredibly high response rates due to the unique approach (when was the last time you received a solicitation and you could actually call a live person?) and that mass emailing can be performed when you send an email that looks like every other email on the internet today.
