A better way to get mortgage leads is to generate them yourself via email.

I have 7 million mortgage records from 2003 to the present with emails – date, ip, time stamp and all of the values.. Basically I came up with an idea for my girlfriend who is a mortgage agent. Send out a text add that is appealing to the consumer. I put the email of the recipient in the subject line with a message like John doe please call me bout your home loan.

I don’t want them to go to a website but rather just pick up the phone and call. This personal approach works. So buy leads for pennies and work with the theory of large numbers.

The add looks like this and it works.

email can work on given day and the more you send the larger the response but I recommend mailing once a week. I just sell data go to the website listed earlier to learn how to use their software.

First 100,000 .02 a records -  second 100,000 .015 – third 100,000 .01 and so on
