[isp-dns] unable to install 9.3.0 on debian

I used dbpk to install bind 9.2.1. Since I couldn't find a 9.3.0 package 
I installed 9.3.0 from src in /usr/src/bin

ran configure the make

I stopped bind9 and ran make install. However /usr/sbin still has the 
old version of bind.

How do I upgrade to 9.3.0
