Ah, but methinks he's trying to determine which domains haven't actually 
had the primary or secondary server changed at the registrar level, not 
which zones he's moved/not moved to a new server.

I feel for you too, Andrew, it's wonderful fun when the domains point to 
your servers but you don't have the authority to make the change with 
the registrar. Don't worry, though, it's amazing how fast clients 
approve the changes once the old server goes down and no one can get to 
them anymore or access to them is intermittant;)
