[isp-dns] Browsing choke issue

Hi all

We are an pisp at point A with no local downlink and
we share the downlink and point B through a 2Mb
stream(distance 100km), now the issue is our and point
B uplink is from point C and there is a downlink at
point B &  C. Are we having browsing choke issues due
to not having a local downlink or is it the dns cause
after hitting the same link again it works and the
browsing is really smooth.
