[isp-dns] special DNS server

Hi folks,

I need a DNS server (modified) that only resolve certain addresses. 
Example: i want that this dns only resolve:
www.hotmail.com
www.yahoo.com
www.google.com

but if a dns user try with www.altavista.com .. the dns answer always a same
name ... the dns entry may be
*     IN A   66.130.4.5 

Anyone can give me a idea? I´m testing a perl script that is a little DNS
but the concurrent user is only one ... :(
