  I'm not sure you can.  You *might* be able to write some kind of VBScript
program to export the domains from one system, and import them into the
other, but I'm not sure Microsoft exposes that sort of thing with any kind
of API.  In general, I find the Microsoft DNS service is not well-suited
towards large numbers of domain names.
