a reverse zone file is just like a forward zone file, except the reverse 
zone file has PTR records after the SOA and NS records.

address ( is 1 to 254 ):

ns ...

$origin C.B.A.in-addr.arpa.  ; this line is optional

D PTR domain.name.
etc.
