While I did not like this, it seems by now everyone fully supports having multiple dns servers registered in whois for the same ip. So it should be no problem. Also I do not know if they still do it, but 2.5 years ago NSI was still able to change dns servers from one domain to another manually (i.e. ns.onedomain.com to ns.anotherdomain.com keeping ip address of course). - they did it for me and it applied to domains registered in other registrars as well (so update was directly at nsi registrar crsnic).
