all this is proven .. .provable in court ...
eg. linux-mall.net and linux-mall.org
and about 20 other similar domains all expired on the same day

they made a fake renewal to Feb 2004 ... so its tied up ... and i cant
do anything but argue with um while the domain is offline
-- luckily, i did get some of the domains out-of-hock before they
did transfer it to their scam outfit
( linux-sec.net and linux-sec.org )
and lost linux-jobs.org to some other bozo .. oh welll
( lost one domain so far out of that batch

nope... i cant touch it... its NOT in my accounts...
guess you haven't played with network(problems) lately
( they are not networksolutions as far as expiration and renewal policies )
--- and i get a few emails a month for domains that are set to expire
in 2004 and 2005 ... againt to clutter and confuse people .. get you
onto the habit of ignoring their mails
am ready to join in any class action ... if soem big-boy domain lost their
domains to the "hold-for-random-auction" but other domains was not held up
and can get it restored the normal way
-- lesson .. dont wait till it expires ...
