If you check, the WHOIS says:

        Expiry Date.......... 2003-04-04

So even though a WHOIS record exists, the domain has expired.

Note that some web sites that do WHOIS (such as www.DNSstuff.com) will 
cache WHOIS results, as about 95% of WHOIS lookups don't need fresh 
data.  However, if it is cached, it should say so, and there may be a link 
to get fresh results.
