My partner's family owns a race track. Someone is currently running their
site and doing a very horrible job of such. (www.sycamorespeedway.com) (See
how bad it is? try www.geocities.com/sycamorespeedway) He hasn't been able
to find anyone at the track that really knows what's going on. Their domain
name has supposedly expired. The whois on my web site says it's been
renewed, but everywhere else I see says that it's expired. However, they
all say that it's still registered. How can it be registered, but expired?
