Holy crap, you're right.

I usually doublecheck stuff, but I just signed up a few weeks back... 
Long time member of the discuss-list (Used to work for an RSP, within 2 
months of my conflict of interest disappearing I was an RSP myself), and 
I didn't see any ranting about this either.
