APNIC only handles IPs, as far as I know, not domains. You actually need to register domains with a registry who handles the specific top-level domain you are wanting. If you are registering a domain under a country-code (i.e. .kr, .ch, etc.) you'll want to go to the registry for that country-code. If you are wanting to register .com, .net, etc, you can choose any one of a number of registrars.
