  There is also the old gag of registering a nameserver that has a hostname
beginning with the domain name of another company, followed by some snide
remark, profanity, etc.  That way it shows up when you do a "whois" on the
well-known domain.

  For example, try "whois microsoft.com" for a good laugh.  :-)
