Easiest thing to do is wait until a little while before each comes up for renewal. It makes for a longer but less stressy process - the customer is a lot happier to authorise as well cos it makes sense to them. It was easier before Netsol decided to cock up their system even more. IME, Tucows are a for-profit company that has the uber-helpful attitude usually reserved for a not-for-profit company.
