The fact that they're charging $20/yr for a service most registrars have limbo-ed to less than $12/yr ($USD) with the same, or more services, is probably a reason why they're losing.

The only reason they have the lions share is ebcause they had a monopoly, and now they don't the piranhas are eatign them alive.

Their market share is huge, but losing 44000 customers per month
is catastrophic.  What the hell can they be thinking???  Their
stock holders will form a lynch mob if this keeps up...

On the bright side, GoDaddy is picking up 95000 customers per
month.  They must be doing something right.
