You probably selected 9 yrs registration period by mistake. What do you
think? It happened to me before.

Oops, ultradns can be used for DNS itself, it is not a registrar.
www.godaddy.com has been pretty simple to use for registration.
www.enom.com can do both of these for a pretty reasonable price.
