[isp-dns] Re: Should I have to restart BIND for updates?

I believe for zones added or removed (if it was say a master or secondary) 
you have to do a full restart (ndc reload), if you're changing only one dom 
newer BIND can reload only the changed domain (ndc reload domain.com).
