Joe,

Without a domain name you're not going to get much assistance. For example, if it is mail.ncidata.com, your mail should be going to:
ncidata.com. 86400 IN MX 10 mail.ncidata.com
mail.ncidata.com. 86400 IN A 66.133.46.8

If it truly is mydomain.com:
mydomain.com. 86400 IN MX 1800 m.dnsix.com
m.dnsix.com. 1800 IN A 64.85.73.31

Gary
