[isp-dns] How to get GTLD servers to recognize a new IP address for a nameserver
I know this is asked occasionally, but I can't seem to find the answer. I've actually had 3 people come to me this week that were confused why the A record for some hostname they have wasn't getting updated weeks after the change was made, and in all the cases it was because the hostname was one that the GTLD servers have listed as an NS record for some domains.

My question, then, is how to get the GTLD servers to use the updated IP address? I've referred these people to the registrars of their domains, but what if they use Registrar A, but Registrar B is the one that lists this hostname as an NS record (as would be the case with a lame delegation)?
