Actually, the other domains aren't using the exact same configuration. :)I have a client domain - www.truckalarm.com - that was just moved from one hosting account to another, thus the nameservers were changed in the domain record. The nameservers are custom nameservers, and seem to flag an error at dnsreport.com - http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=truckalarm.com However, all other domains I have on this particular reseller account with the same configuration and NS error resolve properly. The only failure is that the authoritative nameservers for truckalarm.com (ns1.smoothservers.com and ns2.smoothservers.com) say that your authoritative nameservers are ns3.dnshotel.com and ns4.dnshotel.com. That will only cause problems if DNS servers look up your NS records, which doesn't happen often. The way to fix the problem is to set up the DNS on ns1.smoothservers.com and ns2.smoothservers.com to report that your NS records are ns1.smoothservers.com and ns2.smoothservers.com. -Scott --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)]
